Regression Therapy
Regression therapy uses visualization and somatics (body awareness) to go go back to that moment when we first or most felt something in our body, mind and feeling changing. What once has influenced or even traumatized us into the present. From childhood or even through generations things can become a part of us.
Within three sessions clients clearly feel a positive change, relief, renewed, lighter and reinforced. They often can see the past more with an overview instead of still (re)living it. With space for strength, rest, energy and balance (again) they can move forward.
Focussing on one or two things we want to work on makes space for other things in our life to evolve along. What should never have been ours to carry in the first place is giving back through visualization and somatics to the situation or person(s) who were responsible in the first place. Hereby releasing what we have carried for too long and making us able to move forward.
People who come to me have often had many other kind of therapie sessions in their lives, even for years and still feel little change. They are surprised that already after one regression session they feel such a difference.
