My view
I have seen and experienced how visualization in combination with somatics (body awareness): the focus on where in the body we feel this, works very clear and strong. Many of us have learned to think in words and not in emotions or images. This form of therapy brings all together, bringing a different and deeper perspective.
By understanding better what happened (regression) and replacing what was not ours to begin with (somatics) we can start replacing what was not ours to carry in the first place. A good session ends with understanding, relieve, feeling refreshed and is often being positively surprised.
I have made regression therapy my own. I am not spiritual myself, but leave that open to my clients. I have a deep love for nature and the nature in ourselves. I see myself also as an intuitive therapist. Which helps me to look at the person in front of me and see what they need to have a good and effective session.
I was/am coached by Hans ten Dam. He is famous for his regression and past life therapy and just won a life achievement award. I have a background in Fine Arts and have traveled and met many people all over this world.
I live with my daughter in the hills of Norway.
With warm regards, Viviane Rose
